I thank you LORD for Tony, I thank you from my heart

The pain of separation as we now in death do part,

Is only overcome LORD in the knowledge of the hope

You have given me in Jesus, it's the only way I cope.

All the tears and all the sadness that I feel most every day

Are nought compared to Your love, healing me in every way,

And the knowlege You have given my true love a life with You

That he never will know sorrow, or pain, or death anew.

That he's living in the splendour of Your all encompassing love

And we'll surely meet again LORD and we'll laugh and sing and dance.

So for now I'm trusting you LORD and my love will never end, 

Ever thank you for my true love, my very own Best Friend.
